kz550 fuel sensor wiring

does anyone know of a source for the cable from the fuel sensor to the wiring harness? just that short exterior one that comes off the bottom of the tank and plugs into the main wiring harness. the parts diagram at kawasaki.com show the whole assembly but do not indicate a part number for just the electrical cable.

That should be all one part, the sender and wiring, all made as one part. This is why you don't see separate part numbers for the wiring. If you want to get it working, you would need a good sending unit. The wires were most likely pulled out and that glue substance added to seal up a fuel leak, which looks like it may not.
