1982 kz1000j right coil plug wires to 1 and 4 and left coil wires to 3 and 4???? thank you for my rookie mistakes..

1-4 and 2-3 are the combinations,you can use either coil as long as the 12v to them is wired to correct side of pick ups according to your wiring diagragm

never mind i got it.... thank you for all your help..no wonder she was spitting and sputtering lol i had right coil on 1 and 3 and left coil on 2 and 4 geez guess thats what i get for thinking i remembered!!!!!
