Two outer plugs not firing? was created by roysclockgun
I was riding my KZ750E 1982 model, when suddenly I felt the loss of power. Upon inpection, I found that the two outer plug are not firing. What should I look for first, to fix this?
Best,
Steven

bet the wire to the coil came loose...or you burned up a coil...not a big deal and easy to find out /fix.....the wires can get pinched on the frame or inside the plastic plug ends /separate just enough that they look plugged in but are apart and gunk builds from the spark jumping the gap....i bet it is a wire....
extra coils if it is a stock one are not too much $,but i bet it is a wire

One of the outside plugs may have fouled (for whatever reason).
Would replace both outside spark plugs with brand new "correct" plugs, and try again.
Good Fortune!
