Installing Dyna 2000 was created by 771000KZ
Hi guys, I got my dyna 2000 today and my coils and regulator/rectifer. I got every thing pretty much in but I'm stuck on some wires left over that I am not sure what they are for.

The first pic is the connector that the 3rd pic plugs into. Not sure what it is and if I am supposed to connect it with the D2000?

The second pic is a connector with orange, green and white wires and I have no idea what it is supposed to plug into?

Any insight would be awesome. so close to finishing.

 Third pic might be the brake light failure indicator switch.
But the colors don't match the wiring diagram's yellow, black and green.

Very few white wires appear on the diagram.

If needed, here's a link to downloadable wiring diagram (under KZr Filebase).

the frame is a 77 1000a1, but eberything else is 76 KZ, the second pic was tapped off when a removed it from the 76. And tapped well i might add (factory option not installed?) I am more concerned with pick one and three as I just dropped 4 bills on the d2000 and coils and don't want to fry them if that thing is supposed to be hooked up, or not? it looks like some kind of resistor. grey rectangual thing with a tab to mount on the frame.

Thanks

that is the brake light failure warning relay. It just flashes a warning light when your brake light bulb has failed.

I think your right patton, the colors on that little box thing are yellow, green/white and black. It must be the failure switch. The other one I have no idea what it could be. But it wasn't hooked up on the donor bike and it ran fine. Maybe hazard relay?
