Side mount model A tail light

hey guys , just got my model side taillight in for my 79 400 ltd project. it has two wires self grounding to the bracket but my brake lights wont work and its a single filiment bulb in side? ive seen people make them work before any ideas?

should be a 2 filiment bulb for tail and brake

got it guys i just replaced the guts of the socket with a 2 diode to accomadate the dual fill bulb

wouldnt let me post a picture, not sure how to downsize it

origional model a tail lights are very rare,most cars only had 1 if any at all back then.
just wondering what you used
