Am guessing '83 KZ750-N2 Spectre oem coils are 2.2 ohm, such as the grey Dyna coils shown in this link to Z1E:

The green Dyna coil is 3 ohm, which might function satisfactorily in this application, and also be continued if the ignition is later replaced with Dyna-S.
Would await advice from other members and ask Z1E about it when ordering coils.

The 3 ohm coils will be ok, and as said, good incase of upgrade later.
Higher impedence (ohms) coils than ignition is necessary. Less ohms coils will burn out ignition and/or coils as well.
