Hi there. I have a 81 KZ1000J. I decided to lower it down and simplify the wiring to only charging system, ignition and lights. I have the manual for the bike and lots of wiring diagrams, but none of the diagrams have what I am looking for. I have looked over old posts here and found a few that look good but none for my year. I am hoping someone can help me out please. I am not an expert, so if someone has a very simple diagram it would be awsome. Thank's.

the are some on here in the filebase that are colored instead of the black and white the FSM's have, printout one of those and just mark out what u need

Member Loudhvx has made some, use the search for bare bones wiring. There should be a thread with several, including running battery less.
