Those bulbs are only 30/85 Lumens and also are only 130* beam angle. That will give you a hot/bright spot on the middle of the signal and not much more. The bulbs I have are 360* viewing angle and work extremely well in a reflector (or without) and are 100/200 Lumens (1157). I also have some 125/250 Lumens bulbs with a 300* beam. Those are very nice.
The 120 degree angle is plenty because the turn signal/tail light lenses diffuse the light. They are so bright they are actually much more visible than the standard bulbs from all directions.
As for lumens: all I know is you had best not EVER look at them without a lense filter in place or you will be seeing spots for a long time. They are blindingly bright.
