Those bulbs are only 30/85 Lumens and also are only 130* beam angle. That will give you a hot/bright spot on the middle of the signal and not much more. The 120 degree angle is plenty because the turn signal/tail light lenses diffuse the light. They are so bright they are actually much more visible than the standard bulbs from all directions.

As for lumens: all I know is you had best not EVER look at them without a lense filter in place or you will be seeing spots for a long time. They are blindingly bright.
