Z 1 900 wiring question

I need some help with wiring on my 73 Z1. I should have taken pictures or good notes but its too late now. At the electrical connections under the right side panel I have a new "after market starter relay " from z1 enterprises. The large red wire goes to the battery where do the other two wires go? One is blue with a white stripe, the other is red with a white stripe. The blue and green electric connectors have two blue, two yellow and two pink wires coming out the back that are not connected. Each pair is connected together with a female bullet receptacle. The brown connector attached to the battery box has a solid black wire and a black with yellow stripe. It seems I have too many wires, the female and males connectors don't add up. I have the rectifier/ regulator combination from Z! 1 that contains the green plug. What am I missing here? HELP!
