Hey guys! How hard is it to put together my own wiring harness? I can't seem to find any online, and no parts stores around me carry them. Are their diagrams around the internet? Thanks so much for reading!

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationHere's what it looks like.

Look for wiring diagram in Filebase under KZ Information.

Good Fortune! :)

It is possible to fabricate a wiring harness, but some problems encountered will be in obtaining the mating connectors, the proper male and female electrical pins for the connectors, the crimping tools for the pins, the wire of different gauges(sizes)and colors which will need to be untinned(solder coated) for flexibility.

And then finding heatshrink tubing that won't damage the wire insulation when heated.

Electrical tape which won't get sticky and unwrap when hot is another concern if heatshrink tubing cannot be used.

I see a potential large cost outlay in just getting the crimping tools as some tools can be several hundred dollars($$$).
