'81 KZ305 CSR coil question...

Hello! New guy here. I'm in the process of restoring and customizing an '81 KZ305 CSR. When I received this bike it had aftermarket coils, half wired up and just hanging by the wires. I just purchased a set of OEM coils online. Each coil has a different colored wire... yellow for the left coil and a black wire for the right coil per the wiring diagram. Also, the right coil has a shorter plug wire than the left one. The problem I'm having is that I have no reference for exactly how the coils were arranged on the frame from the factory, and if I bolt them up where I am assuming they go then the left spark plug wire is very long, and the right plug wire barely reaches the plug and is quite taught. Obviously not right. Any help in figuring this out would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not finding anything yet. A picture of the installed coils would be the easiest way but I cant seem to find that anywhere either.

This is a 305 twin right? Twin's usually have but one ignition coil. It should not matter which sparkplug wire goes to where as the ignition system alternates firing the sparkplugs.

No, it has dual coils. I think I figured it out good enough. Everything is mounted nice and clean and hooked up and all the wires reach easily now. Just had to try a few different configurations.
