No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationIt sounds like you could use one of these. Everything you will need (short of the tools)is in this factory service manual. Including all of the weiring diagrams, torque specs,timing requirements, and required periodical adjustments.

If it's a Dyna III ignition, see link below to installation instructions, courtesy of Z1E (Z1 Enterprises).
Dyna III has a separate controller box that's not fitted under the points cover.
Dyna III was superseded by Dyna-S without a separate controller box.

Dyna III backing plate (see image below) may have slotted holes for the mounting screws (for timing adjustment) or non-slotted holes.

Oops, I should have said it's a "Dyna S or Dyna III". It looks far more likely to be the Dyna III, not Dyna S.
