Amperage output?

Does anybody know the peak output in amps (not volts) of an '82 KZ750-4 alternator (three phase type)?

And is the peak voltage output at high rpm about 50?

They had about 19A output max @ 10,000RPM
74 Z1-A stock

They are rated at 280 watts max output, so divide that by the voltage and you'll have the amps.

Manual says 50 volts AC between any two of the yellow wires, but it don't say at what rpm. I think the Factory Manual says 4000 rpm, but it's not at hand right now.

My rating in the Factory Kawasaki manual states @10,000 RPM.
74 Z1-A stock

17 amps at 14V is less than the 280 watts listed in one of my manuals, bout 3 amps less.

But then again, the manuals out there, and I'm in here, so my memory has probably failed me again :dry:
