These are butt splices, not quick-disconnects.
If this is what your wanting then solder would be the preferred method of joining two conductors Then heat shrink around the non jacketed joint....
But yes, they will work if crimped correctly...

So if I am crimping them they should still work ? I can find any connector that match what is on the bike . These seem more readily available . I am connecting to the main harness .

I would only use them in a situation that did not have moisture. The crimp might be good, but it's not sealed against water intrusion.
This type is much better but requires a heat gun to shrink it after crimping:
Heat Shrink Butt Splices From Cable Organizers

NSPA-KS5-16 18-20 AWG RED 50 $13.49
NSPA-KS5-14 14-16 AWG BLUE 50 $13.82
NSPA-KS5-10 10-12 AWG YELLOW 50 $16.48
www.easternbeaver.com offers the Japanese "Bullet Connector" type of electrical disconnects found on motorcycles.

Both bullet and spade style connectors are readily available, and may be preferable to the more permanent butt connector.
Usually come in both solder and crimp styles, and for different size wires.
Good Fortune!

Ummm, I ain't sure, but that second one looks inflated, not spliced. That would certainly "crimp" your style however...
