The only problem I had when installing the 3 ohm Dyna Green ignition coils on my bike was the primary wire hook ups.

Kawasaki used 1/4" wide push on terminals when the bikes came from the factory, the Dyna's use 10-32 X 5/16" long screws for the primary wires. You'll have to cut off, strip insulation and crimp on new "ring" terminals for the new coils.

I'd advise using a lock washer and flat washer of some type to secure the wire terminals. Be careful in not "bottoming" out the screws before they get tight or you might break off a screw in the coil(s).

How do the spark plug wires hook to the coils ? Am
I right in assuming you crimp the end of the wire enough to slide it into the coil? And does it matter which wire goes to which ? And does it matter which wire goes to which screw in terminal ? Cause I hook up one coil and tested it for spark and still got nothing .....

You should get spark regardless of which coil you hooked the plug up to. But YES, it is very important which wires go to which coil. One coil will provide spark to cylinders 2 & 3 while the other coil will provide spark to cylinders 1&4.

Dyna supplies the standard brass termination to fit the sparkplug wire to the ignition coils. Make sure enough insulation is stripped back to allow the inner conductor to fold under the termination before crimping it.

It might require a special crimper as the crimps should be round in shape to fit the coils ports.
