Can anyone tell me if my 82 kz440ltd has points? or is it an electronic ignition? ThanKZ

82 440 should have electronic ignition, and you can verify that by removing the two screws that hold the cover on the right side and looking for yourself :)

Mine is an 82 440 LTD D2 and it has electronic ignition. I would assume yours does too.

'82 came with electronic ignition, but it's possible to put points on it. Why anybody would want to, I don't know, I'm just sayin'... :P
