Just be aware, that advancer does move outward from spinning action. I've seen rotors and pickups scrape each other even though they had about 1mm gap at rest. The more it's out of balance, the more it will move outward.
The Dyna S pickups are semiconductors that do not like harsh vibration from interference contact. The factory pickups were just coils of wire around a steel frame... much more durable.
