On my 1977 Kz1000 and my 1982 GPz1100 I have to lower the headlight housing to access the cover on the instrument panel(two screws). Then my bike's had the twist type bulbs in the Kz1000(maybe #57's), my 82 GPz1100 takes #168 or #194
(nine I believe).

After handling the bulbs, use some rubbing alcohol to remove fingerprints as the sodium in the prints can cause bulbs to fail early if not cleaned.

USAF 1969-1976 and 1990-91
Ground Based Mobile Radar Tech AFSC, Have forgotten that..
As close to the Marines as the USAF gets!! M-60 and all!.
Think I read somewhere they were 57's not sure if that is still a good number or has been superceded, Have the Headlite assembly off already so will take a closer look.
Thanks Again
