My '82 KZ750LTD has a lousy horn. It's stock, but it's weak and I hate the tinny little European/Asian toot toot! What loud 12volt horn have any of you folks swapped in?

I put on a FIAMM low tone Highway Blaster, works great, mounted in the same place. You can always head to the junkyard and get a pair of horns off a Lincoln or F150, those are very loud too.

you can always tune your original horn there is a set screw on the back of it with a lock nut on it back off the lug nut and adjust it in and out until you get the sound you want use two jumper wires direct from a battery and hook them up to the inputs for the horn and tune away.

I've thought of doing a Holstein paint job on my LTD-1000 this coming winter. Wonder if I can get a cow-call horn for my Cowasaki.
