I have a Dyna "S" that has a bad plate. I have two holes stripped out and i have tried everything to fix it.

I just need the plate the pulse coils mount to. Roy

If it were me I would try to use the existing plate. Maybe turn it and drill new holes for the pulse coils. I would lay it on a degree wheel for a reference point for 180 degrees across and tap my own holes. The plate is pretty simple.... with distance being the critical factor to the rotor

Any chance you could use stripped plate as a template, and transfer needed mount points to an OE breaker plate? G

Might cost a little $ but ask local machine shops to weld the holes closed, drill and retap them. Is the plate aluminum?

They can possibly make you a new one, but again $

Another thought: PEM make a press in steel nut that might work for you. It locks in place after being swaged.

Ask around at the machine shops.
