ALSO where is the starter kit on it? I can't seem to find it. It's got a Mr> Turbo Kit set up on it.

If you follow the RED Positive(+) battery cable, it will lead you to the starter solenoid, from it a cable will go to the starter motor(usually under a cover right under where the left carb is).
I believe a 10mm wrench is all you will need to remove the cover. If you plan on removing the starter motor, get a new left side engine cover gasket as they usualy tear on removal.
If possible put the bike on the centerstand and tilt it to the right to minimize oil loss.
I believe the motor has maybe two gear reductions before getting to the crankshaft.
An overriding clutch with rollers and springs provide the torque to start the engine. This clutch is behind the alternator rotor and it will be needed removed.
www.z1enterprises.com should be able to get you new overunning clutch parts.

"i got my ignition turned on after like 20 years. but the problem is, when ever I turn on my headlight."....
Possible miss wiring or the electrical system such as a regulator is oscillating due to the extra current demand may be the issue... Ignition switch on, no issues, only when headlight turned on...
This sound, can you track it down to where it's origin is?
Is it the run signal relay chattering on/off?
Just in case you need...
