81' KZ650CSR Speedometer ratio?

Anybody know what the speedo ratio is? I chopped my KZ and made many parts for it and whatnot and Im looking for a mini speedo to slap on her, but I cant find out what the ratio is ... one place says most jap bikes used a 1:2

uhhh. I'll be the first one to assist you.

lift the front of the bike in the air.
turn the front wheel 1 turn.
count the number of revolutions that the inner speedometer drive apparatus turns during the 1 revolution of the front wheel.

thus,giving you the information you are asking for.

same idea as above but turn the wheel 10 revs, and count, its easier to figure the ratio that way.
this is assuming its not a 1:2 ratio
