MSD MC2 WITH DYNA S & ACCEL SUPER COILS

Merry Christmas everyone.
I was such a good boy this year that I got a Dyns S Electronic trigger and a set of 3ohm Accel Super Coils to upgrade my 1979 KZ1000 ST.I have a MSD Mc2 that I got from a buddy and was wondering if I can run all three on my Bike? I know it's a bit of overkill but I saw a diagram on a previous thread from MSD and it shows this exact same setup.The bike has always ran rich since I rebuilt the Carbs with bigger jets & Pods ,I also put on a Custom Fit Two Brothers Carbon Fiber Exhaust System.Will these MSD/ACCEL/DYNA S setup Work?

That setup should work well. The Dyna S emulates points, but uses a lot of electricity when wired directly to the coils. At lower RPMs, that extra electricity is just wasted as heat in the coils. The MSD setup should be much more efficient with the spark. It only uses the Dyna S as a trigger.

Thats exactly the setup we use on our dragbikes, works great, you will notice a crisper throttle response, and the rich condition should be gone. Don't get shocked!!

Thanks Guys I appreciate the info.I cant wait to install this system and start tearing it up.But it's -32 in Montreal today so I'll wait for spring.LOL
