kawasaki kz750 ltd H2 1981 wiring up tachometer?

hi guys & gals

many thanks for the downloaded coloured schematic from another member. i'm just about to scan it in and make it 4 times A4. -O-O-


does any member know how to wire up the tachometer on the above bike. i'm restoring a USA version... yippee and i've just sourced a really good wiring harness for my bike. i just can't find a connection for the lights on the tachometer/voltage meter, on the harness? on the bottom of the tach there is the tach cable and an electrical connection (three pin plug - male) for the lights/voltage. i've looked in the clymer and haynes manual and can't find anything about the tach.

wow...hugs and questions....that will go a long way. I like hugs. Anyway....i could probably figure it out if I could see the wiring diagram and the connector on your tach.
