is there some where on here a diagram of
wiredgeoges coil mod not very clever with tech stuff
but willing to give it a go seems to have rave revues
when its done cheers

If you dont have a voltage drop at your coils, and all your connections are clean as they should be, then its reletively pointless.
I have done this mod several times, and it does the job effectively when necessary.
Just keep an extra relay in your backpack, cause they do randomly go bad.

Here's how I did mine on a '77 KZ-650-B1:
