Where the heck is the starter clutch?????

While the starter clutch is out, and the bike is down I decided to check clutch plates and springs. Found out that clutch basket is missing about half of a tooth on the gear. Clutch hub is missing a bolt. Asking this so I am 100%, will it still work like this?? If not where can it be fixed, or what are the options?? Kawasaki website shows basket is no longer available. Found several that are supposed to match they are all discontinued as well. What do I need to do to fix this?

Try Ebay...sometimes you get lucky. That or find a salvage yard that is connected to a parts locator system.
