Oil pressure sensor location

Could someone tell me where the oil pressure sensor is located on a 82 550 ltd? Thanks Forum!

Probably the same location as on the 650's, behind the mechanical ignition advancer/pick up coil area.

Thanks MFolks I'll look in that area. Just recently, the oil light is staying on, Thought I'd check the wireing and sensor before anything eles. Thanks again!

I must be having a senoir moment, well' I'm not quite that,
I'm not blonde, so it can't be that kind of a moment, I can not for the life of me find that %#*#$ oil sensor, can some one take my hand, and point me in the right direction? again! any help or sarcastic comments are welcome, Thanks Forum.

I don;t know jack about the 550 series but out of a crappy Kz550 pdf copy I have... Sensor in oil pan!

Thank you Chance and OMR, found the sensor, wire, cleaned the connector on the wire,bolt,light went out, go figure, everything seems to be fine, for now!
