Automotive Race Coils on KZ???? IT's all 12v right

Would a pair of MSD Blasters or Accel Super coils for performance Automobile use usable on a motorcycle. It's all 12v and other than finding a place to mount them (just had some bad ass bracing added that provides just the place), so is there any reason why these coils would not work for a bike aplication. They are plentiful and my broher has several he has aquired over the year building drag cars. They are small and look bad ass, just wondering if they were usable in a bike aplication. Thanks!

If they are 3 ohm they should work but you will need 4 of them and it might look goofy with all them coils hanging all over the place.

There is not a splitter since each coil fires two pistons at a time? 4 coild would not only look goofy but add weight and defeat the purpose of saving $

By the time you install the proper ballast resistor which is large enough in both size and resistance, to add up to 3Ohms and about 30W you will have an output voltage less than stock coils provide and resistors that cost $30 each. This is a subject that has been covered on this web sight every other month in a new thread each time.

My brother runs car coils on his RD350 but that is a different beast altogether.
