Switch mounting ideas needed! was created by clutch
I've been dying to add a few contemporary electronic accessories that require the use of toggle switches, but I'm stumped at how to mount the switches. Anyone here have added switches? How did you do it? Show pics PLEASE!!!

For switches, I'd recommend some Mil-Spec sealed toggle switches. MS24524-22 on-off four terminals, MS24524-21 on-off-on six terminals, MS253307-22 on-off six terminals, MS24523-22 on-off two terminals.

All terminals require a #6 terminal lug to be crimped on the wires. As for mounting the toggle switches, perhaps something below the handle bars on a piece of Aluminum, say about 0.125 (1/8") on spacers or standoffs.

I've been kicking around the idea of doing something like this with a keyless entry. There has to be a way to use an aftermarket kit and velcro it to the upper tree. Could be interesting to use one of the buttons for ignition. Keyless bike.
