I would like to eliminate my stock turn signals and install a set of LED blinkers, How would I do that?? I tried but to no avail nothing worked.....since the stock turn signals have 3 wires would I have to splice 2 of the "hot" wires 2gether and use the black and the grnd....?
just another though I didnt try.....
I also have another question on a couple of wires behind he headlight, when I took my headlight out to do the blinkers I noticed they wer not plugged in....when I was done playing I plugged those wire in and the FUEL light came on and stayed on....I unplugged those wires and the FUEL light went off.......any input????

Turn signals have three wires because they are: hot wire to 18W filament, hot wire to 8W filament, ground wire.
