Integrated tail lights

I want to remove my rear turnsignals on my 1981 KZ1000 CSR so that I can use some saddlebags. I have been unable to find an integrated tail light that I can mount in place of my stock light. Clearalternatives.com has integrater boards that could be put inside my lens. I'm curious about the results when the lens is red. Has anyone done this? Is there a clear lens replacement available? I sent an email to Clear Alternatives asking these questions but it may be awhile before they answer. Any thoughts or advice will be appreciated.

www.hyperlites.com might have some LED's you can use.

i just used a trailer adaptor from autozone with the stock dual bulb taillight on the bike

I just received a clear lens from Jeff at Z1 Enterprise for a Z1 yesterday. Give him a try for your year and model.

As far as I can determine, Z1 doesn't have a clear lens for my bike. I'll call and check today. I might try the trailer adapter although the leds sure look cool.
