need help wiring on a 550

my friends 550 is either a 80 or 81. I have been using the 550A1 color diagram that was posted on this site to try and help. the bike had been completly torn down and the frame was strecthed the wiring harness is cut and in pieces so i am trying to help figure it out. my first and main question is this. I have set the igintion coils in place and set a wire to the stater switch and plugs three and four but i dont know where to plug two and one up to or what my contact breaker point looks like on this bike.
i apoligize for the long post I am just nervous and would like to complete this task.

The wires from the points are generally a black and a green. One for each coil. Also, the coils should have a single power supply that is switched by the handlebar kill switch. Also, the wires from the points are usually found on the bottom right of the engine and routed to the rear of the engine.

Wire (usually black) from points on lefthand side goes to whichever coil has sparkplug wires to two outside plugs.

Wire (usually green) from points on righthand side goes to the other coil haing sparkplug wires to two inside plugs.
