Does anybody out there have a schematic or Wiring Diagram for the charging system on a 1981 KZ750 4 Cyl? The harness on mine was fried when I got it and I can not tell what wires went where. HELP!

Thanks

For electrical connectors I have some websites:

1. www.z1enterprises.com
2. www.easternbeaver.com
3. www.vintageconnections.com
4. www.electricalconnection.com
5. www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu
6. www.autoelectricsupplies.co.uk

A wiring harness can be made from "scratch" as it's going to take time and not something to be rushed. While your replacing the crispy fried wiring you should replace the bothersome holder for the glass fuses with the blade styles the automobiles are using as the glass type in that size are becomming rare and hard to find.

The website www.waytekwire.com carries four sizes of the compact ATO/ATC fuse blocks: #4670 4 fuses,#4671 6 fuses,#4672 8 fuses, and #46073 10 fuses.

Other electrical suppliers probably carry much the same.
Kawasaki's of that era had five fuses, a 30 or 20 amp main and the rest were 10 amp rated fuses
