82' gpz750 spedo?

well my spedo is really messed up! When i'm doing about 15mph the spedo registers 55mph and the needle is bouncing all over the place. It has a brand new spedo cable on it so i know thats not the problem. I was wondering if there is any other year model spedo that will fit the bike without any major modifications? i have tried to find a set of replacement gauges for the bike but have had no luck. If there is another spedo that will work on the bike i will scrap the whole cluster and just mount a spedo only. I'm really stuck here. Please help!

im not sure BUT you could try from a kz 700 or a kz 750 L3
