Hi all. I'd like to change the older spark plug wires that lead from my ignition coils. Anyone know if I can? They don't seem to come off easily and I don't want to force it. Thanks!

I'm not for sure on all the kzs and am not sure what type of bike you're asking about, but I know on the early kz650s (until 81 when the ignition was swapped out for stock electronic) you cannot remove the plug wires from the stock coils.

The stock wires are intergrated to the coil, you can buy a kit that will allow you to plaice a new wire to a part of the old wire. A good kit if you want to replace the end caps. www.redlinecycle.com/Ignition%20Wire%20Splice.html

Dyna Plug Wires

Dyna plug wires come with caps already fitted. Yes, six plugs will require two sets.

Good Luck! :)
