front turn signal wont blink, and rear wont work?

now I can easily change the bulb on the back. but anyone know why it might not be blinking?

Turn Signal Relay's (AKA winky deals) have corroded connectors, the wire is too old to carry current right, or relays are bad.

Remove relays. Sand connectors. Reconnect.

or

Wires too old.

Remove relays. Clip off about 1 inch of wire. Reattach old slide on connector to "new" end of wire. Reconnect.

or

Buy new relays and replace the old ones.

Bad flasher...bad ground-wire somewhere?
Corroded bulb socket?

In case you didn't know...the REAR lights do NOT light up as markers...they are a single filiament bulb,and only flash for signals.
The fronts are a dual-filiament bulb and they DO light up as markers,as well as signals.

check your rear ground as well and make sure you do as stated above.
