accel rev limiter installation

i know where the hot wire and ground go to, I just need to know a few things. On the box its labled 12V, OUTPUT, INPUT, OUTPUT, GROUND. I need to know where to run the input output wires. Help is appreciated.

and the other, im using a dyna ignition not points, but im confused about the way the electronics module diagram is.
