Battery Warning Light

Ok, I have read on other post that the battery warning light on the 750GPZ can be "fixed" by splicing the signal lead into the 12V positive. Where can I find this signal lead?
I know it would not be any fun if it was easy, but does it have to be this much fun?

It should be a pink wire that connected to one of the six battery acid filler caps.

Nothing. Does anyone know which wire it is where it connects to the quick-disconnect harness under the tank?
