Spark plug wire replacement
13 Apr 2008 20:03 - 13 Apr 2008 20:07
After finishing up the WG coil mod and swapping plugs to D8EA from DR8EA, I'd like to change the old and tired plug wires on my 83 550A4.
The wires I have now I believe are copper core. I have been looking for copper core wire in bulk all winter without success, all I came across is distrubuted resistance wire. Does anyone know where (Aside from Z1E - Nothing against Jeff, but an order for $20 isn't worth his or my time and hassle - duty fees etc. ) in Canada I can find either bulk 7mm copper wire or a reasonably priced set of copper core wires with 90 or 135 degree boots? Canadian Tire has 'powersport' NGK cables, but at $20 a piece!

Sorry, I got mine from Jeff at Z1, rolled in with some other stuff I needed.
They came with ends and soft flexible boots. Boots not very pretty but OK.
Anybody else have a Canadian lead for Saki Jockey.
Other than that you could try e-Bay. Best of success.
PS
Add your year, model and location to your signature. It gets the best responses and is considered very friendly.
