I just bought this bike and about the only thing wrong is that the tach doesn't work. It's a little cold in Maine to spend a lot of time working outside on it but in checking out manuals I haven't been able to find where the connections are to see if loose or missing.

Any good graphics so I can see what I should be looking for?

Not sure this is exactly what you're asking about, but here goes:

That gives me a good road to go down. I at least know that there are 5 wires in one bundle going to the tach so if I trace it back I can ohm it out and see if the cable is bad or the tach is bad.
