KZ440 Ignition ? are these compatable?

I just purchased a 1981 KZ440 LTD recently and it needs a new ignition (where the key goes in). I was wondering if an ignition from a 1982 KZ440 will be a direct replacement for the '81?

According to Kawasaki.com the ignition assembly part # 27005-1033 fits the following
