OK.I just installed the wiredgeorge coil mod along with dyna coils and dyna s ignition. All parts are bolted in.Can anybody explain to me in simplified terms as how to time the bike prior to starting it?Do I move the whole dyna s plate or just the two black pick up modules??Sorry to ask but ive have never timed any thing before and I dont want to ruin anything.Oh yeh,The directions state to install rotor with the magnet facing left.I didnt exactly see a magnet,I assumesd the little circle in the plastic on side of rotor was "the magnet".Is that correct.77 KZ650b.Thanks Guys!

You are correct, the little circle on the rotor is the magnet - when the 1/4 marks on the advancer are pointing up the magnet should point left.

When timing 1/4 you move the whole DynaS plate, when timing 2/3 you only move the right hand pickup module. You might not need to adjust 2/3 once you have 1/4 timed , but check it anyway just to be sure.

I followed the static timing directions and it was spot on. I know I should but it runs soooo good I haven't put a timing light on it yet.
