Help troubleshoot KZ1100 Coils

I lost # 1/4 cylinders on Friday on my 82 Kz1100. Coil primary tests OK at 2.6 ohm. The secondary shows open. I thought when they failed they shorted and were lower resistance (the shop manual says 15-20K). Is this a normal failure, or is my multimeter not capable of measuring? If it is a failure, does anyone have a replacement they can part with? Model is ZC006-TR12V. Thanks for your help, Jeff

I have a set off a 82 KZ1100 shafty email me at wagonmaster69692000@yahoo.com I am in So Cal east of Los Angeles.
78 KZ1000 work in progress in Hacienda Heights California and a 82 KZ1100 Spectra And a 1992 ZX11.
