It's finally fixed! The new set of coils did the trick. Of course the only used part I have put on the bike since I got it was the problem. No wonder the guy was selling them. 
Well it's running now. All I have to do is tape up the harness and put the muffler back together. It has stopped raining for a bit... maybe I could get a ride in today? Hmmmmmmmm...

I got about a 20 minute ride in. SWEET! Damn rain! Oh well, now I need to wash it and change the oil. If the new coils didn't fix the problem the bike was going bye bye. I do still have time to change out the swingarm before spring...
