You need to have battery voltage at the coils before you can determine the coil output. It has to be a wire directly from the batt. The output on that wire must be consistant. If it is 11v motor off, 12+ motor on, the coils operating properly and will provide you a running vehicle enough spark to burn the charge, (normal jetting) and to clean up the insulator. yeah babye low volts = black plugs, cylinders not firing, engine bogs, engine lugs, Geta bigger badder wire set that ....
