Updated electrical system
18 May 2007 12:02
my '77 Kz1000 has an old style bridge rectifier, can I update to the new style regulator /rectifier easily?
I've done the "Coil Mod" and have installed Dyna coils and ignition.
The bike runs great but I want to make it as reliable as possible...... well as reliable as a 30yr old motorcycle can be.

Z1E lists a couple of reg/rec combo units. One is a direct plug-in (complete with connector -- no splicing or wire-cutting required).
