With all my other problems out of the way I attempted to time my Dyna S statically. Well I have never done this before and I'm not a complete moron but I don't get it.
I hooked up the light to the BLACK coil wire junction that represents the 1-4 and turn the bike over and the light comes on at T on the 2-3 marker lol. I double checked my wires and they are right. Well the instructions say to use the advanced setting so I moved the plate around and nothing changes. What do I do?

Might be 180 degrees out.
With advancer 1-4 pointing up, magnet on the Dyna S rotor must face to the left.

Check in here, there was a post about wires being backwards or something like that. WG was talking about it, seems to be a screw up with Dyna S's manufacturing. I don't know how to make a link to it. It's in electrical section.
