Hey,

I have er running! I've also ordered new coils and have the stuff to do the coil mod when the Dyna comes in. Got a new rear tire on the way too... However,
something is weird with my odeometer and perhaps my speedo.

The odeometer is like 5 times too fast. That is, I'll go for a mile or so ride around town and it will come back saying 5 miles. Does this mean I have a proportional problem with my speedo? I can't believe that they are directly proportional since it feels like it might be 5 or 10 mph low on the meter but not much more than that.

How much of a horror show is it to take one of these speedometer/odeometers to pieces?

I suggest you put your bike year/model and your location in your signature so you don't have to remember to put it in every post where you have a question. I can't help as I haven't a clue as to what bike is being referred to. Sorry.
