I found Cycle-Parts.com in this site's Vendor Directory but they don't list any parts for bikes older than 1982. I went to RonAyers.com and they don't deal with anything over 20 years old. Who's got OEM parts IN STOCK for an 81 KZ1000????

RonAyers sells OEM parts for at least 79, as I have ordered parts for a 79 750 twin there.
Go to Kawasaki.com parts diagrams, copy and paste the part number into the part number box on the left side of RonAyers home page, and it will tell you the price.
However, it won't tell you if the part is available, or if it's discontinued (NLA).
Call Jeff at Z1 Enterprises and he can probably get anything you need (except maybe a master cylinder kit).
No one, including Kawasaki, has all the parts for a 1981 KZ1000 in stock. What's out there now is leftovers, most replacement parts are no longer made.
