The restrictors can just be a top from a pen with a pinhole in it. Basically anything that will fit inside the tubing that you can poke a pinhole into will work. The restrictor should be as near the carb ports as possible so the tubing will not affect the reading.

is there a spec to start at. on my carbs all of the lock nuts were loose and backed out when i got into them.

i was told ones that there really is not starting point, or spec on carb synching, is this correct!?
